How long does the product last?
The standby life of fyses’ Portable Emergency Flashlight is over
10 years. It uses lithium batteries with more than 10 years of
self-discharge rate

The wet smoke-proof masks need to be changed after usage, since
they are for single use.
The recommended replacement period is 5 years. You can replace the masks easily through the wet smoke-proof mask module.

Due to safety issues in usage, only the wet smoke-proof masks
and batteries are available for purchase.

fyse’s Portable Emergency Flashlight is for fire evacuation, so
it can only be installed indoors.

How long is the quality assurance period?
fyse provides warranty of every product for three years after
purchase. Please keep the proof of purchase.
